Use a vacuum sealer. This right here Back when bitches was buyin primers and powder, Slumlord was stacking beef and bacon Cause I did primers during Clinton 🤨

We eat a lot of pork in our house. Cheaper and better eating.
Better eating than beef? Nope I got a mystery package the other day. In it was a jar of someone's homemade dry rub. I put it on a couple 1-3/8" thick pork chops and grilled them up tonight. It was pretty damn good—layers of mild to medium heat with just a touch of sweetness in the background. I need to try it on thinner cuts next, that and fish.

I’ve changed it up a bit since then but hopefully for the better. Use it awhile and let me know what you’d like different.

We've always sent 95% of our steers directly to Cargill. When the packing plants stopped taking steers at the start of covid, we started selling our beef privately. We've been plugging away, and so far we haven't been back to Cargill.

My buddy lost his grass so he had to take his bred cows to Miles City.
Bred cows mind.
He average 670 dollars a head.
They were not butter ball fat....but they were skin and bone either.
670! That's fücking crazy. Poor fügker. How many head? Are they headed for slaughter?

They seem to be busy.

Most of you can still buy beef cheaper than you could raise it.
