Has Breyer actually announced this , or is it a "leak" from some left side source?
For those who think that Camel-ah would be nominated - where do her legal credentials begin? Does she have to resign to be nominated? If so that's back to a 50-50 spilt in the Senate. If not, then they still have a 50-50 split to fill the vacant VP office.

The Squad is going to hold Biden accountable. Apparently he promised that his 1st appointment would be a black woman. They're preparing a list of what they call 'eligible' candidates. This should be entertaining but very scary.

At the least it would be like here are our top three recommendations. If you want to seat a replacement, it had better be one of these.

Law degree is not required. Got a suggestion for Biden, how about Condoleeza Rice? I could get behind this appointment... but not sure if she has a law degree? Whatever happens you can bet there is going to be a bruiser of a battle pushing the nomination and the confirmation through. Hopefully, the R's will figure out how to stall the nomination process past the midterms and stymie Biden in possibly his most important decision in office- but the R's haven't shown the ability to do that for the most part... That may be true but it would be foolish to nominate someone without a law degree to this particular position- especially given the political climate at the moment...

Here is the absurd part of this announcement for his nomination- if the opposition to his pick wanted to take this to SCOTUS for relief, Slow Joe would lose as he has already announced his intentions based on race and wouldn't consider any other race. Pretty clear cut case of discrimination . Not a good omen for a nomination for a position to the most powerful court in the land...

Sure wished he’d waited until after the midterm elections and a possible rino majority that could possibly maybe might be able to prevent another full blown communist being confirmed to the court. A three-fifths supermajority is needed, so if Republicans are worth a damn, they can stop a Marxist radical from replacing him.
