$1000-$1400 depending on condition, most have internal damage that you can only see by removing cover. Very fragile design.

I have seen some spectacular prices on the Nylon 76 at the big Tulsa Gun Show. Not sure if they sold but they were priced pretty high. There were some collectors who had the complete collection of Nylon rimfire rifles. Really fun to look at them. Keep in mind the Nylon 76 was the only lever action Remington ever made.

I bought one new in the early 1960's with money earned from my first job working for other than family. Still have it. Think I paid about $40 for it new when a kid could buy a gun on their own in my small town hardware store. At the last gun show I was at, I saw several for sale at $1200 to $1600 prices but did not see any actually sell.

I was thinking around $1100 would be a fair price. The rifle is in great shape. If anyone is interested just shoot me a pm. Thanks everyone.

Have you removed the cover on it?

I have a few in my collection. Had several as a kid. Cool little rimfire.

Just FYI and NOT bashing, but as referenced by OSU sig above... They are not lever actions, they are semi automatic blow back actuated rimfires

PLEASE disregard my post above about the Nylon 66.

I am an IDIOT and obviously can't read. OP is selling a lever action nylon 76, NOT a 66.

My apologies to OSU sig, as he obviously CAN read.

GLWS.

No worries sawdustin. I've done the same thing before. It's called ready, shoot, aim... smile

I sold one years ago that had the cast metal gear broke in it, sold it to a gunsmith for parts. Now I wish I would of had a machinist try to make one. Back then they wasn’t worth much but now you could afford to spend $500 on one to fix it right. Like you said a lot of them are broke but have been brazed back together and sold only to break again for the next buyer:

I will pull the cover tomorrow and check it out. I will be surprised if it has been repaired. The lever operates smoothly.

^^^This^^^

Personally, I’d put it on GunBroker and start the auction at $1.
You’d be shocked what it will bring when the bidding wars starts on one of those.
