Something slim I can look over, something comfortable slabs easy to carry so I’ll actually have them. Like the click together at the nosepiece ones I’ve seen.

FWIW, I’ve used a company called Zenni, on the internet, to order glasses, a few times. I’ve been able to get custom readers (or you can put in your prescription from a Doc), for less than $15. Makes it nice when you need different magnifications for each eye, and don’t want to spend $100-$150 on a pair.

Finding the old ones that are easy to look over is getting harder every year it seems jack.

Costco used to carry them, each with a nice little case, that had small lenses and were only about $18 for the three of them.

I found one pair at a Grocery Outlet a couple of years back.

Seems styles have changed and their all mostly full coverage lenses now.

Good luck, Maybe check with an optometrist and see if they can order you something?

Oh, I just hang mine from the collar of my t shirt most of the time so they are handy.

Thanks for posting that. I'll check there too.

All joking aside... Home Depot.

Really. Been using them for years.

Near sighted as heck.
Was looking into surgery, Doc said they could fix Me right up.
Except, at my age, things would likely soon change and I'd need
cheaters.

Figured if I need to screw around with glasses, might as well
wear them all the time and avoid the risk, pain, and $$$ of surgery.

Readers seem like a total PITA.

I use these foldable readers I get off of Amazon. They're easy to look over and I like how they fold up into a small case, I always have a pair nearby.

Amazon also has half frame readers for cheap. After I had cataract surgery and implants my glasses were too strong. I bought two pair of half frame readers to wear while my right eye healed.

These work good and the lens are ok on the eyes, they do break so keep a spare or 2.

Clic glasses.
Slatik model. $40 bucks on Amazon

I like these because the band that goers around your neck is flexible. I had the regular hard band also but I like these much better. And I don’t lose them.
