I was doing a search for a Remington 300 blackout barrel and this site popped up. The name has me suspicious, but I thought maybe it's something to do with their acquisition by the new owner.

Does anyone have any helpful input?

One site says it only takes zelle or bitcoin. That is suspicious as are the prices.

If they (any site) does not offer CC payment... run away.

LOTS OF THESE FAKE SITES OUT THERE... Milwaukee, Makita tools... lots of them.

The scam detector is one method, but not 100%.

Non CC is a dead giveaway.

It's gotten to where I only order from sites that have been active for a long time. Even then, I attempt to order over the phone instead of online. Not a cure all, but talking to a person gives you a better feel of the company.
I also attempt to shop "brick & mortar" first. Much easier to check quality and make returns.
