I go to bed like normal, sleep how long I want, then change the clocks when I get up

Im at the point I’d be hung over on normal time. Losing an hour isn’t gonna help things.

This will be the last time getting to work on time will depend on turning a clock forward.

This time next year I will be unemployed for the first time in fifty years. WOOO HOOO!

I’d like stay on whichever time we’re going to when we spring forward tonight. I can’t see changing times twice a year. An extra hour of daylight in the morning doesn’t mean much to me when I’ll spend it working indoors. I like the extra hour of daylight in the evening.

CHANGING to or from DST is stupid. I can live with it either way. Alaska has DST/DST time from consolidating time zones (we are a BIG state!). Solar noon comes at 1 pm in winter, 2 pm in summer. Not that it makes much difference with our long daylight hours. An " extra" hour of evening daylight in spring and fall is nice.

Making the time change on a Saturday night instead of Friday night is double stupid. An extra day for the circadian rhythm to adjust would help many.

Never bothered me at all for myself, except for changing all those clocks, including the vehicles.

It’s so bad that in Fairbanks, around the solstice, the day begins with sunset shortly after midnight, with sunrise a few hours later.

In the old days it was like this:

Rise Set
1:59 AM 11:49 PM

Now:
Rise Set
2:58 AM 12:49 AM

I hate it. Finally has gotten to the point to where I can take the dogs out in the morning in the daylight. No longer true so will have to wear a headlamp and carry a handgun to keep us safe from the moose.

Someday someone may kill you with your own gun, but they should have to beat you to death with it because it is empty.
