For the guys who manage their own investment accounts, "How often do you make adjustments to the mix?"

I am not interested in "timing" the market hour-by-hour or day-by-day to sell one and buy another. Also not interested in letting a chunk of capital sit in an investment that "made money in 2020", but has been flat or downward trending in 2021. At what point do you cut the rope on a flat performing stock and invest in one that is growing and appears to have a potential for continued growth?

How often do you level up? Once a year? Twice a year? PRN? If PRN, what are your criteria that signal time to shuffle some portion of the deck?
