Everything eats shrimp. If you are wading you need a light rig capable of tossing a shrimp on a hook. Small jighead with a shrimp might work with your rig. But your pretty heavy for just a live shrimp. If you got access to a yak you might expand your fishing to mangroves. Small snappers around structure. Life can be rough on us dreamers.
