Where you going there? Keys is a big place and very diverse. It you are boatless then you are wading or fishing off the bridge. Everything eats shrimp. If you are wading you need a light rig capable of tossing a shrimp on a hook. Small jighead with a shrimp might work with your rig. But your pretty heavy for just a live shrimp. If you got access to a yak you might expand your fishing to mangroves. Small snappers around structure.
