I have a new 6mm Remington coming next week and took a look at the 2022 Hodgdon Reloading Booklet. It does not list the 6mm Remington anymore, but it does have data for the .243 Winchester.
It would seem to me that I could safely use 243 Winchester data for the 6mm Rem., since the 6mm holds a few more grains of powder than the 243. What really interests me is that Hodgdon's data for the 243 includes a lot of the newer powders, and what data I do have for the 6mm Remington don't list most of the newer powders.
Anyone see any problems with doing this?

Starting charges with 243 data in the 6mm case should be fine. Chances are good that, with careful workup, you will be able to increase max charge by 5-10% over 243 data, depending on the powder being used.
I would imagine there's still 6mm data online at all the usual places. My Hodgdon #11 manual has 6mm Rem. data with some new(er) powders as does Speer #15.

As Swifty said, the 6mm Rem is listed.

If it wasn't listed, I'd consult an older one... my main source for load data tho... https://stevespages.com/page8a.htmfor the 6mm Rem in particular... https://stevespages.com/243_7.html

Have you looked at pages 98-100 in the 2022 Hodgdon magazine/manual? That is where I found 6mm Rem data in my copy.
As others have stated, Hodgdon carries data online though when I looked a few months back they did not seem to have the full Accurate data moved over. Accurate's website was still up so I downloaded the data book then.
Nosler also has a fair amount of load data if you use their products. I've gotten workable groups with the 85 gr Partitions and 80 gr Barnes TSX in my 244 but nothing as good as I got with factory Remington 100 gr Core-Lokts. The 100 gr Nosler Partition is the best of that weight but it isn't something to brag about. I have the 1:12" twist in my gun so I am kind of limited in my bullet choices but if you have the 1:9" twist pretty much any 100 gr bullet should do well.

I’ve had good luck in a 243 with IMR 7977 and either Nosler 95 gr bullet (Btip or Partition) or 100 grain Nosler partitions and Hornady bullets. IMR 4166 has done really well with 75 gr Sierra hps.
