Lets see who is supporting Russia in the House.

Blank check to "buy" anything they need...

So when Russia is driven out of Ukraine by St.Javelin and St.Stinger or St.Abrams
And Russia is economically broken, and doesn't have any more resources to rebuild their army, we can all focus on China.

Slowly return our manufacturing base back into US/EU and other Western friendly democratic nations to become once again the dominant force, slowly strangling China

Is Ukraine buying the stuff or are we giving it to them? Seems like all we do is give them weapons.

Point one: voting against this isn't a sign of Russia support as much as a sign of support for American taxpayers.

Point two: the last time we did lend-lease, we ended up in a World war.

Yes, but last time the US supplied Russia with everything they needed...

Russia's only Tank factory has closed down, because they can't get parts from the West.. and they have already lost 40-50% of all the tanks they started the invasion with.

Dumbasses need to think about the quote from the Great American, Mike Tyson.
"Everybody has a plan, until they get hit."

Why these Empty Skulls think Russia and Associates won't have a say, I'll never understand.

Maybe too many videogame wars?
Fighting small countries that have little global influence?

Fighting Russia isn't going to be limited the ground combat in a small area.
It would involve air, sea, space and cyber conflict.
With a country that literally wraps around the world.

Amazing that Russia only has clapped out tanks and jets, and can't figure out how to fuel a convoy..... according to the masses.

Yet they have that pesky hypersonic thing nailed down.

As Americans were bailing out Chevrolet the ruskis were focusing on advanced weaponry.

USA shoud keep it's nose right under it's own face.

...A bill unanimously approved by the Senate and awaiting House actin would temporarily waive requirements related to President Joe Biden’s authority to lend or lease weapons or other supplies to Ukraine’s government.

The bill includes requirements that stop loan periods from exceeding five years, allow the U.S. to take back weapons at any time, dictate the receiving party must pay the U.S. back in full and let Congress prohibit some weapon or supplies transfers via the enactment of a joint resolution. ...

Once Russia is back across its borders, this stops.

Nobody wants to invade Russia. Russia is a glorified fuel station with nukes.
China will probably buy most of Russias assets after this complete and utter disaster Putin started.

Thanks for the history lesson Flave. I thought I remembered northclam in a bad way. This is just another way to drag us into something we need to stay out of but if they want to help they should make a deal with the Afghans on behalf of the Ukrainians. They have allot of our stuff.

Get over yourself.

Russia has a say.

If you think you are dealing with a mad dog that can be caged and then totally controlled,
you are nuts.

Russia was "within its border" for 40 years.

And yet they were behind revolutions and wars for that whole time.
Europe, Asia, Africa, South/Central America.
They all got a good taste of "Russian Military behind its borders".

Most of us have opinions, very few are schooled on the chess of Geopolitics.
Whatever happens, will only be clarified by time.
Decades from now, it may become apparent the decisions made were good or bad.
Not being able to see results from avenues not taken, will preclude ever knowing
which path was "best".
