The highest court in the land started with the most brilliant legal scholars seated at the nation’s beginning, and has now sunk to the lowest qualified affirmative action applicant holding their participation trophy is qualified to be seated and she can’t even verbalize the differentiation between XX and XY, yet she supposedly has the intelligence to interpret complicated legal matters and how the law applies.
They should’ve just nominated and seated Mrs. Barry Soetoro, a disbarred attorney for impact. Neither one knows the difference between XX and XY.

I don't see this substantially changing the balance of power on the Supreme Court because the retiring justice is liberal himself. It does indicate a disturbing trend when three of the four women on the Supreme Court are affirmative action hires placed there by democrats. I would have a hard time accepting the nomination if I knew it was because of my skin color and sex, not my qualifications. Apparently these three are not embarassed by that stigma. The three RINOs that voted for her need to be retired.
