lead, got lots of lead, how much you looking for, mine is bullet lead. lead prices have gone up because of our wonderful goverment $2.00 per pound shipped, can do up to 65 pounds in a USPS flat rate
Go to your local Home Depot or Lowes....contractor area...roofing....pure lead roof flashing..melts easily...cheap!
That ship sailed three years ago in my area. I was walking through Lowe's one day and spotted a bunch of boxes on the clearance rack marked "Caution: Lead". It was vent pipe boots. I found a manager and made her an offer on the whole lot. I bought a shopping cart full for about 17 cents per pound. That was the end of lead boots and flashing at Lowe's here. By the way, that 3" boot in the picture was marked $25 so that would not be a cheap way to buy lead. Not sure what the flashing price had been.

Looks like special order now. It can be shipped to my local Lowe's to pick up next week. Apparently they just don't stock it any more. With the price increase that 3" boot is more than $10 per pound. That is some expensive bullets.
Crazy to pay that much for lead. Lead spot prices are what? 90 cents to $1 per pound currently. Paying $2 or more per pound is insane for something that isn't a lead manufactured product.
