I tried making it from the kerfir grains, but I couldn't tolerate it. I can tolerate the store bought stuff. I tried clabber too, but couldn't tolerate that either. Luckily, I'm good with ice cream made from cooked milk. Politics is War by Other Means

I leave 1/4 or less, then add fresh milk and let it ferment a couple days. I read you can do that a few times, but the ferment population changes, and you should add the crystals after a few restarts. So I just do 1.

I occasionally need to take strong antibiotics, I drink it then and for awhile afterwards. Never had c-diff, don't want it. Sure don't want to have to eat a Shït transplant. Compared to that, Kefir is fantastic! (I would bet) Parents who say they have good kids..Usually don't!
