Burgers, wings, and lotsa beer.
Every year have a draft party with 3 other couples. This year its our turn to host. Wife used it as an excuse to buy new furniture. I use it as an excuse to get hammered on a Thursday night and take a vacation day tomorrow for a 3 day weekend.

For those of us who live in Michigan and have the schitty ass lions, this is kinda like the superbowl for us.

As I said in previous post, I was a Steeler fan from 7 years old in 1972, until September of 2017 when they hid in the locker room because the National Anthem was “too controversial”!
I said then that I’d never watch another National Felon League game unless there was a public apology to us veterans.
Phuq the Steelers and Phuq the NFL. I thought it would be a lot harder to give up. It’s not.

NFL draft is just one more thing to not care about Plus one. Of all the teams to not care about the Lions make it especially easy. Walleye Festival started today in our town. Schools closed today through the weekend. I took today and tomorrow off of work and spent my day involved in the festival and doing yard work I’ll fish the opener on Saturday. Tomorrow we’ll take the kids to the carnival rides and I’ll probably go to the beer tent later after the fireworks. Fugg the NFL.

Why do they even have a draft? Why not just hire players like any normal business? And why should the players have to go to college at all?
And why not make 'em hire female players? They are making the Army do that.
