Does anyone know anything about them? My BIL ended up with this AR through his sisters divorce and he is looking to sell it and has no idea of value. I told him I'd help how I could, but I don't know much in the AR world and was hoping you guys could help put a ball park value on it. Thanks in advance.

Mike

Anderson makes lowers and complete guns.

Likely a build on an Anderson lower into a pistol.

For comparative pricing, look for a similar build on the palmetto state armory site.

Like this one:

I've been using Anderson "pieces parts" for several years now. While they aren't expensive, they are very good, reliable parts.
As for value?
Yeah, I guess check other manufacturers like PSA.
Prices, even for used builds are outta sight.

Something similar that’s new can be had for $575. This is used, assembled from unknown parts, by a stranger. I’d be happy to get $400.

Going rate here in Kentucky is same as noted above, they go on sale regularly for $575-$600. That's about as inexpensive as any these days. I don't hear anything bad about them, but most of the guys I know are using something else, likely because they've had it a long time, not because the Andersons are bad. They just already had something else.

Here's a typical sale price for our own friends at Whittakercountry.com, it's a little lower price than I quoted.
