Anyone have suggestions on powder and starting loads for 120, 130, 140 and 155 grain bullets in a .338 RUM necked down to 7mm?

I wouldn't waste my time with lightweight bullets. It's got horsepower, launch heavies.

Thanks. I hope you have a great hunting season.
The 155 is the heavy.

You're going to be way under top efficiency at 155 grains. If your 155 grain limit stands, stay on the "faster" side of the slow burning powders. I don't go any lighter than 140 and IMR-7828 in a 7-STW.

I'd probably start with a middle-of-the-road charge for a 7-RUM with the same bullet as my starting load. You're dealing with right around 5 grains more case capacity than a standard 7-RUM.
