Run Log Update:
Week 17 (Apr 24-30): 13.6
Apr Total: 54.6

2022 Total: 199.8 / (11.75 / Wk)

A better week than the previous 3. It was a crazy busy week and I missed my strength days. Hoping to get back on track with those this week.

9 mile run in the morning should give me a good start to next week.

Slacking a bit this because of rain every day and all trails really muddy. Did 7 miles today, Gym upper body tomorrow.

Doing 30 min in 190 sauna 4 to 5 times a week followed by a swim or dunk in the lake. feels great

Two mile timed ruck with 30lbs. Goal was to beat my previous time of 31:06 by 20 seconds. No jogging allowed.

Got it done in 29:11. Then I dumped the pack and ran another half mile just to shake the legs out.

Rucking day. Started with 70lbs. Every 400 meters drop 10 pounds, every drop in weight try to beat the time of previous 400 meters.

Once all weight is dropped, 60 meters walking lunges.
