I had put a 1 piece base on it, and set it right up against the clip with 2 screws holding it.
I shot it today, and it was off a little again m
The base had slipped under the clip.
I see where I can get rings with a pin to go in a hole and stop movement.
I have a Mantis, 3-9.
I thinking medium rings.
Where do I find a cheap set. I'm not shooting competition, so just some to stop moving, and get the accuracy this thing can do.
The slippage has been what's wrong, and didn't realize it.

If you have the weaver/11mm combo rail, just go with some weaver style rings.

If you just have the dovetail grooves, you might try something like this:

I used one of those bases on a RWS 3500 (22 cal magnum springer) and it held solid. it has the locking pins and 25 moa forward cant to alleviate potential barrel droop.

Yep !
Something just like that, but was hoping just rings. Only the rear with an arrestor pin tho.

I have these (or Beeman version) on both of my springers. They work great on guns that don't require droop compensation.

I bought a set of rings, got everything locked in, set, sighted in, and shooting great.
So what do I hear ?

Who, who, who.... coming from out back yesterday.....
I spy a collared, invasive species, dove !!
Grab Hatsan, cock, load, sneak out side, and spot it on a wire !!
SMACK !!!
Down it falls.
Collected it up, and bagged it, and in the freezer it goes for dog training.
Thought about it today, and to say thanks for the lead, I'll post a pic.
Round nose pellet did the deed at about 35 yards !
