So I have another project I’m wanting to get finished, I have a lot of the parts right now but unfortunately for me I’m missing the extractor on my 1910 Mexican bolt. From what I’ve read online I’m more or less screwed as that is unique to that Mauser. Does anyone know where I could pick one up or know of someone who might want to sell one? Thanks in advance.

I think that a Model 94/95/96 series extractor can be modified slightly to fit and operate properly. I'm almost positive that's what we did way back when I was doing Mexican Mauser project that was a mish-mash of parts, and we came up short for an extractor - but that was back in the 80's and that little rifle is long gone (with regrets). PM me if you need one to try. I'm sure I have several holding up the dust.

Okay I did the Swedish extractor method for now to try it out. It seems to work so far won’t be sure until I get a barrel for my receiver. That I’m still on the hunt for as well. The sad thing is I had a botched Mexican bolt with everything on it and I didn’t think I would need it since I didn’t have a Mexican receiver so I sold it like a week before I got this new receiver.
