While I have no illusions about drawing a tag and that tag being punched on a big hairy bugger - reminder, you have till end of May to apply for a tag.

Every year I apply for Elk
Have a bunch of points like 42000 other people that apply every year for elk, lol!
If I get drawn I think I would use my 375hh just for grins

I friend of mine, moved from Colorado last year, applied for a cow elk tag and got it. So you can get lucky!!😁😁

I've applied every year for a elk tag never got one ....did go on 4 elk hunts in Michigan 2 cows and 2 bulls.....one of the guys got a tag twice in 5 years before they change the rules to one bull ever.....

I'm going in With 10 points for Baldwin unit for bear, digest saying 11-12 pts to draw. My buddy drew with 14 pts be 3 years ago! Maybe next year. Elk says I have 19 ttys, and I just put in for a cow tag.

Elk says I have 19 ttys, and I just put in for a cow tag. Lotsa bears near Baldwin. All over my property, had to chase one off my dock. Dad cleaned some fish and 2 were in the yard an hour later. Got one youngish one that thinks hes going to get in my cottage and watch tv with me.

I got my bid in for bear and elk. Just wanted the point or chance for the elk but the knuckle head at the counter put me in for the draw. I’ll probably get it this year when I don’t want it. I usually get a bear tag every or every other year.
