I think the bottom center knife is the one I most likely would pick.

The wharncliffe knife at the top would be my first choice......and the 2 blade folder a close second.

They are all extremely beautiful. Thanks for posting. My favorite is the amber one just to the left of the double bladed. Is it available Vince?
