Was going to head out for six days of fishing on the 28th. Campground e-mailed that our reservation was canceled. Lake is still iced over and one can't get there yet. Bummer.

Paul, what is that green thing on your plate of walleye? I showed it to my wife who knows her way around the kitchen and even she is stumped.

Ah ha! That explains the segmented texture. A green night crawler came to mind. Sweetness makes her own guac, but it goes bad in a day if we don’t eat it right away. I can’t say that I’ve seen that stuff here in the states, but then I’m not the shopper in the family. I’ll show that to her. Thanks

Cheers Mate, same problem here, if it doesn't get eaten, straight away !!
Always make it ourselves, for guests/parties/get togethers, but convenience for a couple of tacos, or sammiches is good, when it's just the 2 of us !
