I’ve got a couple presto’s, ones over 25 years old, lotsa use, have replaced the gasket 1 time, use them on my camp chef which some folks say is a no no.
Ping pong balls for the win. Once you've wrestled everything else in life is easy. Dan Gable I keep my circle small, I’d rather have 4 quarters than 100 pennies.

Maybe Big Jim Conrad will chime in.
He’s mentioned a brand, but i can’t recall it.
Slumlord’s Nana cans a lot too. 😂😂

I would imagine that Yeti would be the way to go. (Freeze's Law - objects under pressure will cool faster at a given temperature than those not under pressure.)

All american canners are in a league of their own. I've got one and love it. No gaskets, super heavy duty and well made.
I still use my parent's presto that has to be 35 years old and it works fine too

Nothing wrong with a Presto. We've been using them for many, many years.

I bought a American Canner. The middle size that is about twice the capacity of most pressure cookers. I can process 14 quarts at one time, instead of 7. I may can 70 to 90 quarts at one session! I buy in bulk and may spend 15 to 20 hours at one canning session. I would not buy the biggest because of size and weight. Also get the Ball Canning book and read up before you start caning.

I scored an All American canner for a great price. Can't imagine needing anything else nor do I see myself switching anytime.
