Do you know if the 150 gr 7mm NBT underwent any evolutionary changes like the 180 gr .30 cal did?

Not really, but do know some of the Nosler guys have considered it one of the tougher Ballistic Tips for quite a while.

But also know the 140-grain 7mm Ballistic Tip was one that didn't need any tweaking after they were first introduced, because I used them considerably in the late 1980s at around 2900 from a 7x57 Ruger No. 1A, and they worked fine on anything from whitetails close up to pronghorns at around 400 yards. Never recovered one, even on quartering shots through bone. Mentioned that to the late Chub Eastman, who was the writer-contact guy for Nosler for many years, one of of our several hunts together, and he told me it was one they never tweaked. Wouldn't be surprised if the 150 7mm was another.

Ingwe,

I know my son put a 150 grain Ballistic tip from a 7mm mag at 300 yards into a mid sized bull elk. Just behind the shouder on entrance and out the shoulder on exit. The bull went maybe 50 yards or so and was down for the count.

This was 5 1/2 years ago and the bullet was from 6-7 years ago. I think this bullet has been pretty tough for a long time.

The 70-grain 6mm was never intended by Nosler to be a big game bullet--so no, the construction hasn't changed. Instead it's listed under their "varmint" model BTips on the website. No doubt one would kill a pronghorn, but whether you'd appreciate the meat damage.

The 150 gr. Ballistic Tip has been one of my favorites for years. Pushed to 2600 fps out of my 7x57 the bullet has given complete penetration on all but one huge feral hog. An angling hit that entered about mid gut and ended up under the hide in front of the far side shoulder after plowing through many inches of "shield". That was one of the black coated bullets Nosler made for Winchester I bought as seconds from SPS. If I had 160 grain partitions I would use them on elk but if I didn't the 150 gr. Ballistic Tip would suit me just fine.
