I had to climb up some ass in the house. Kids had the AC on 74. Goddamm blast of arctic air hit me coming from outside. Sheesh Nose started running, had goosebumps and chicken skin. Bump it back to something more tolerable like 78. Everyone hates when I come inside. People don’t need that damn AC that cold. I got congestive heart failure and I can breathe heat just fine. Not sure why everyone else acts like damn Fattie McGhee Ha, temp yin and yang... I catch the wife turning the thermostat up past 68 all the damn time in the winter. Back in my single days I normally kept it at 64° all winter, unless it was windy as balls from the north/northwest... drafty ass old house.

They changed it here, now only expected to get to 94F with high dew points. Still, hell on earth. Way worse than winter. F'n A. I can put on enough layers in winter to stay warm. I can strip down to my glorious nekkedness when it's hot and I'm still hot and sweaty.

Went out to the gun club early afternoon and parked in the shade while shooting. When I got back to my truck the outside temp indicator said 99. By the time I got home it was 100. About 3:00 my wife came out of her office and said she doesn't think AC is working....77 in the house. Fifteen minutes later the HVAC guys show up and problem fixed. Now, 8:44 pm, it's cooled to 86 outside.

Cold front in Texas. It was 103 on my car's temp when I left at 4:30 from far north Dallas.
