Found this cat on Instagram, pretty spendy, but damn…. Comes in links and ground 1lb packs. Damn good stuff. 👊🏻 Ping pong balls for the win. Once you've wrestled everything else in life is easy. (Lou's Sausage,Cleve., Ohio)here in town, and I stopped to see him a couple weeks back, and he always gives me a bag of surprises before I leave, and the Chorizo that he gave me is second to none! I've tried others, and even when others are good, to me his is the Best! The Recipe is locked in a safe as a Family Secret! I Learned a long time ago to Separate My Want's from My Needs! A man's Gotta Do What a Man's Gotta Do! Know Thy Self! TRUMP DID WIN!!!

Have to go visit my buddy in ID to get the good stuff. IIRC the store bought that I've had there that was pretty good was from Gem Pack.

You wanna get crazy add a few canned chipote peppers and the adobo they are packed in to your 2lb chorizo mix. Bout half of a small can. Or toss caution to the wind and use the whole can. If so you can delete the guajillo as it will be over powered and won't add much. "Maybe we're all happy." "Go to the sporting goods store. From the files, obtain form 4473. These will contain descriptions of weapons and lists of private ownership."
