Can someone explain how it works for me? Do nonresident have to apply for a draw tag for rifle or is it strictly OTC tags that are leftover. I’m not understanding the process.

Well never mind, I think from what I’m now understanding is that non residents might only be allowed to archery hunt the pronghorn
