That is the kind of stunt we need from her. That stuff does not work up here. Got a text this AM from the NRA to call her and tell her not to vote for it... funny, she has been their golden girl forever. Every Republican that voted for it in committee has a B or higher from the NRA. Maybe the NRA needs to rethink a few things.

The NRA gave Marky Begich an "A" rating when he ran for Senate.
Shows what an NRA rating is worth. Marky got an A-... and the NRA did nothing to correct that. Even when his anti 2A actions as Mayor of Anchorage were brought to their attention. Among those things was having guns destroyed...
Mark Begich, Joaquin Jackson, and Heller resistance... Three huge reasons to worry about the NRA.

Among those things was having guns destroyed... A, A-, don’t really matter. It was bullshit. He had no votes with which to be rated, but as you say, his actions should have been enough.

NRA fund raiser called yesterday wanting me to upgrade and get my name listed in the NRA hall of fame or something. I asked if they had gotten rid of Wayne LaPierre yet. He said "no", I said "don't call back until he is gone". I've visited Alaska 4 times. Wish I could vote there this time.

Shows what an NRA rating is worth. .. Radio talk show host Rick Rydell bragged about sitting Marky down and telling him how to beat the questionaire. Granted that doesn't justify the fact the NRA didn't correct their mistake.
