Nope, matter of fact going to have to look that one up.

Fancy schmancy!

Too much for just the two of us. Cool looking rigs though, even the backyard model.

Ok. The daughter and SIL got me a pit on wheels from HEB for Christmas year before last for like $99.

I use it for steaks and such.

Everything else gets throwed on my old cinderblock Rastus Washington III & J Earl Clovis memorial home made pit

Nothing wrong with that. I plan on a big cinder block pit when I get moved for good.

We call that the "mastercard complex". Money can't buy skills.

They are supposed to be the cat’s azz. I have a concrete block pit behind the house that I use. It works pretty good. It’s a snob though, it only likes cooking pig. laugh

It appears ta be the Bugatti of smokers.

You can save thousands by buyin a used one.

Take it ta the car wash, and season and start over, your way.

Reason why you'll find one used, cheap, is because of the size.

If you ain't cookin 10 slabs a ribs at a time, 4 briskets, 6 shoulders, a rig like this is a waste of money.

And remember, if you're cookin ribs and brisket, ya might want a different smoke on each of em, which ya can't do in 1 smoker.

Takes logs, not chunks or briquettes, and a hour ta reach a stable smoking temp.

Size your rig ta the amount of food ya need ta cook, bigger isn't always the way ta go.

Big egg and a WSM ya store in case cookin for an unusually large group, will be more than 99% of people ever need.
