I've decided to sell some Savage 24s:
24 DL in 22LR/410, very good condition, NSN, brushed chrome receiver and after-market trigger guard - $450
24 DL Series P in 22LR/20, very good condition, engraved with names and date on the receiver, it appears to have been a (shotgun) wedding gift - $450
24 D Series M in 22M/20, excellent condition, previously owned by gun writer Richard Mann - $600

Are the barrels brazed together for their entire length?
Is the .22 barrel grooved for scope rings?
Side selector or hammer selector?

Thanks. Brazed barrels, grooved .22 barrel, and hammer spur barrel selector. Also no serial number, probably manufactured circa 1962 thru 64. I have the same brushed chrome finished receiver 24DL in 22M/20 that was purchased in the early 1960 via Montgomery Wards mail order. The original sintered metal trigger guard crummbled apart and was replaced with a sheet-metal unit from GPC, their part number 147835C.
