If you get sick, get tested & stay home. If symptoms worsen, get some Therapeutics. They're now pretty readily available and work well. Which ones to use will depend upon which variant is most prevalent in your area and personal situation. Talk with your provider. If your provider recommends vitamins, get another provider that isn't a quack.
Forget the vitamin / mineral overdoses and the dewormer unless you're in a third world country, have a rare severe medical condition that prevents your body from processing properly, or bad case of worms. World Wide Sportsman Water Shoes from Bass Pro are the bomb, only $40 per too. That makes sense coming from one of the "follow the science" zombies like yourself. Knees and feet hurt from wearing Crocs so now switch to water shoes. LOL What a broke dick loser.

The difference seems to be the composition of the soles, Crocs wear quickly at the point of greatest load, especially the outside of the heels. Other brands of outdoor sandals not so much.
Tevas can set you back more’n $100, I found the Worldwide Sportsmen sandals (AKA “water shoes”) when I stopped in at Bass Pro. Less than 1/2 the price of others. And my knees like them 🙂
