Don’t regret it,
When i taught welding for a school,
I’d previously been in the oilfield for 13 yrs.
Apparently sending a dean an email about “either chit or get off the pot” doesn’t go over well in academia.

Such as those that avoid manning up, he called my boss instead of me.
I happened to be in the office when he called.
Sounded like he was hyperventilating…… i could heard him though the phone set, no speaker phone.
Some folks have such thin skin.

I run a new hire training program for people we hire right out of college
we spend about 2 hours going over email, texting and social media do's and don't.
In my 20 odd years with this company I've seen 3 people lose high paying jobs because they didn't know the difference between reply and reply all - or didn't care enough to pay attention to it.
what has happened to me in the past was I sent an email to my boss dogging a guy for not getting work done, and my boss just forwards the email to that guy and asks what the problem is. You don't own an email once you send it.
