Wasn't always that way there.
When I was a wee boy we had family friends that lived about 5 blocks from downtown.
Just us kids, like 10 years old and younger would walk to town and wander about.
Quaint little Burg with Oak canopied streets back then.
Not sure of the demographics 55 years ago but whatever it may have been didn’t matter.
