If you were going to buy 1 to finish and butcher, which one? What are your favorite cuts, recipes? Anything from chops to curry.
I've raised both in the past, ate both. However I've learned a lot in the kitchen between now and then. Feeling aMexicans. I may even try a kid goat in a 55 gallon drum. I still have the recipe and drawing from my days working nights with the mexicans.

Sheep for us.
Raised on grass and finished on barley.
Only had goat once. It was great....but not near as much experience with it.
I am MAGA.

I love lamb, but kid is my favorite meat on the planet. First had it in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico, spit-roasted over mesquite charcoal. Oh. My. Goodness.
