Stinking hot and humid. Big old garden tomato for lunch and dinner. Tomato is my favorite season.

Warm and gonna get hotter tomorrow. Supposed to have a nice wet front come in tomorrow but but still calling low to mid 90's with 75-80% humidity.

Work. Had to go and unbog a 4wd. Third time in a month.

Ground is diabolical here. Some places get a hard crust about six inches thick then soup as far as you can stick your arm. If you go through that crust, lookout! I have been bogged for a week like this.

Other places the ground moves like jelly after driving on it. Whilst recovering latest vehicle in one spot I stopped and you could see the front of the 4wd sinking, quick move fast!

20-40mm rain predicted tomorrow. Drilling has been postponed to next year....

Slicker'n snot on a doorknob, despite nicking myself with my morning shave. Somebody got wise and told the Chineesies to screws themselves (where'd the US get the balls?) and sent the pol whose loss wold hurt the least to do it. Too bad she didn't take that AOC with her :-(

It went. Still too hot for my liking here, but we did get a little rain last night, and hopefully more chances later on the week.
