From your quote what makes you think they don't know the identity of the suspect? "Still at large" simply means he is in the wind and not in custody. It doesn't mean he hasn't been identified.

This would lead me to believe that they don't know who he is. While I could be wrong, I think if they knew who he was, they would say they knew. There is also the possibility of an error in translation, as the article had some interesting issues.

Off subject but passing through DFW airport a while back to points north i stopped at a Burger King kiosk to grab a bite and asked them to please cut it in half.
