The emergency is that you must be made to care about the latest plague to be sent down upon the phags. You must feel for these people, and care about their afflictions, despite the fact they again refuse to modify their own behavior to mitigate the spread of disease.

A few of Moses' laws and regulations aren't that easy to figure the purpose of but most were to promote health and social harmony which were absolutely necessary for the survival of a nomadic tribe in a harsh and hostile environment. We might do well to look out for our tribe as a whole and quit worrying about every little disaffected aggrieved sub group.

I don’t mean to derail this thread by injecting reality into it but I do think it’s wise to keep in mind that one doesn’t need to be a butt fugging faq to get monkey pox, at least from what I’ve read. They also need not be symptomatic to be contagious. The disease is transmitted through bodily fluids and transmits via mucus membranes just like most of our favorite infections. I would hate to see good people ignore the next real disease because the government lied about the last. I don’t think “our risks” are any higher than those we face with HIV/AIDS or HBV which is “more contagious and less “fragile” than HIV.

These types of diseases and illnesses have been happening forever and will continue to happen…nothing anyone can do will change that fact. The hyper emotional fear-mongering by the media on behalf of the DNC that perpetuates this irrational fear and overreaction to them, as we know, is for the sole purpose of stealing elections through mail in ballots. That’s it….we face no more likelihood of death today or last year from disease than we did 15 years ago.

This is all a manipulation to steal elections.

I’m betting it’s 1% or less. The majority of them live in San Francisco, NYC, Austin, and Santa Fe.

I’m good with it wiping out those 4 cities.

I believe that the graph skews slightly because more women are swinging one way and then a year or 2 later they are swinging back to hetero. I don’t think too many guys are doing the same thing unless they really are gay.
