I tend to ones cooking outdoors, like Wilderness Cooking (from Azerbaijan), Georgie Kavkas (from Georgia - the country), Kanan Badalov (also Azerbaijan), plus a couple Thai/Cambodian sweeties (Thyda cooking, Soros) that make interesting stuff. Also a couple guys who do great stuff with charcoal - PitmasterX and Smokin’ Dad BBQ.

Except for the last two, most of these don’t have a lot of chatter while they’re cooking.

I like Rawlins & have learned good bit from him. Maybe it's me, but it seems he really going a bit far lately with the drawl.

Jean Pierre might be my fave lately.

Daddy Jack Chapin(RIP) but his vids are still shown.

I've learned a lot from Guga's sous vide experiments with steaks.

If you haven’t watched any of stalekracker’s vids, they’re worth a watch.

Melissa Guerra had a PBS cooking show in the '80s. She taught me a lot about cooking with spices. Glad to find her again.
