I can only imagine how often this shiit happens nation wide, simply because I’ve seen it a lot at 1 facility in 23 years. Costs the state and taxpayers millions in lawsuits annually. Makes our job way harder with dirty sluts like the above mentioned

There’s a definite double standard when it comes to this issue. During my career in corrections I never saw a female officer charged when she was caught having an affair with an inmate. And there were several. Every male officer caught having an affair with an inmate was charged and convicted and became a registered sex offender.
Chronographs, bore scopes and pattern boards have broke a lot of hearts.

Putting female officers in contact with male prisoners or vice versa is stupid. These folks are not getting locked up for singing too loud in church. And quite a few (not all) COs aren't exactly the cream of law enforcement.
They ought to quit calling our prisons correction centers. They seldom correct anything. Bingo

I worked in a prison in way back, and it happened a couple times in my tenure... The difference is when a male does it, they can get up to 6 years in federal prison. When a female does it, they just get walked out and fired......so much for the equality stuff.

I worked in the industry when it was against the rules in higher security prisons, so then the feminists sued the government and got their wish. It was a bad idea then and is a bad idea now. Just like having male guards in a female prison....I never knew a male staff member that came from a female prison that wasn't really glad to get a transfer. The female inmates were constantly trying to compromise male staff and playing mind games....imagine that from a bunch of females... :^)
