I have ordered ammo from the twice in the last month and had no issues what so ever. I’ve always had good luck with PSA. My one minor complaint years ago was sometimes slower shipping times. My more recent orders have shipped fast. I ordered 10 boxes of the Norma .308 Win ammo for $15.99 a box that was posted on here. Ordered on a Friday and had it at my door that Tuesday.

Took those folks 3 days to ship my Dagr three whole days. Nevermind their email said10-15 days it was 3. I'll buy from them again.

It's hard for some of us in the 55+ age group to wrap our heads around it, but having phone conversations with businesses is going the way of the DoDo Bird. That's a significant expense to a business.

If you were to see their parking lot most days you would understand. Keep trying or do the order online. They are good people . Have had multiple transactions with them.

I have been lucky I guess, never had an issue. Every once in awhile, a little slow on shipping.
I may not be smart but I can lift heavy objects

But then again I dont get made when a phone goes unanswered and then take time to moan on forums.

That's a significant expense to a business. True, and at least one-half the time that you actually talk to someone they will have some concept of what you're talking about. Ruger CSRs are particularly weak in this respect. I've spent a buck or 2 with PSA and haven't had any trouble with them.

Yeah, they really want to chat with Joe sixpack about a gun barrel they can sell online with zero customer interaction., because people are so, you know, great to deal with and all. Especially tight-ass gun guys.
