Does anyone recognize this p.o.s !? This occurred yesterday on my front porch , I heard commotion of a dog in distress but when I looked outside he was already walking off with his dog , I didn’t realize what had just happened until I reviewed my cameras and this is what I saw ! I was absolutely disgusted with his behavior and we did call animal control and handed them the recording but we need to figure out who and where he is , if anyone recognizes this guy call caldwell, idaho PD

OK,

so why is an unknown person on their porch in the first place?

Better security measures might be needed?

My guess would be that the schitbird‘a dog ran up on the guy’s porch, the schitbird went up after it, smacked it around and left. Probably about a 20 second episode. Most of us probably are not willing to put the “security measures “ in place that would prevent that. It’s not like the schitbird was in the house.

Was it a Queensland Heeler? He might have just been trying to get its attention.

That is entirely possible.

A gate across that opening would make it a trespassing charge added on to the cruelty charge too. And, it might have alerted the homeowner to the intruder before he got to the dog too.

Don't need a gate to be trespassing

I got banned on another web site for a debate that happened on this site. That's a first

In many places you do, if your property is not marked at the street.

Access to your front door for delivery, etc, without having to pass through a gate, generally does not constitute trespassing.

No gate, no signs, most places I've lived folks are free to come onto your front porch.

Are you saying it wasn't his dog even?

The police have made contact with him unfortunately they did not seize his dog, the investigation is still on going I believe a lot of the people are gathering a protest tomorrow at the mayor‘s office in Caldwell to demand something is done and this dog is taken from that monster!
Sorry I’ve had so many people reach out for the video I’m trying to get it to everyone that ask I’ll send it now

Someone needs to put that Fugger down on the ground and pound on him like he did the dog.
