Eagle River Alaska Gun Cache 907-764-3762 Has a refinished, reblued, 99 EG 250 Savage,folding tang sight, with rear sight, tang crack repaired. Nice redo. No xtra holes. $600

I messaged them on Facebook and they say it is NOT a C&R gun.
I was unaware Savage was making EGs in 1972 !!!!
So I messaged and called them again.
They won't even p/u the phone unless you are a dealer or LEO !
Strange way to run a business !

It definitely IS a C&R gun, but lots of FFL's are declining to work with C&R's.

Nope he said the serial number was outside the C&R date range.

I have made every effort to buy the gun short of getting John Kerry to fly me up there.

Unpacked her, she survived a rather casual packing job intact. Nice reblue, wood looks good, wish the lever had not been blued but ---- Perfect bore.
