While I recognize that DJT hurts feelers with the mean tweets, I can also clearly see that the left and its media propaganda machine divided this nation for the last decade plus. Then when Pres Trump comes along and calls them on it they call him divisive.

So for 4 years the left (media included) basically called him and his voters every name in the book, accused them of using fascist tactics, called them a danger to America and Democracy, etc.

Then when Brandon got elected, said “now it’s time to hold hands. We can be united.”

Nice try turds. We ain’t having it.

Any other person would have quit when the daily personal and family attacks started.

Yep, Trump is a fighter, a lesser man would have thrown in the towel and crawled away with his tail between his legs long ago.

That’s what frustrated the MSM and the RNC so much, their time tested techniques for destroying a man and his popularity just didn’t and don’t work on Trump.

Enter plan (B), sick the power of the entire US Government and Justice System on him.

Trump’s tweets were his only way of fighting disinformation and lies about him. The MSM is allied against him and even Fox News sicked their Hyenas on him. His only mechanism of communicating truth is misunderstood or rather just a plausible deniability for being a leftist.

If Trump’s Tweets harmed his popularity in any way, Twitter, FB, Etc. would have never censored him then ultimately banned him.

We have government of the people, by the government, for the government. Trump is a threat to the deep state and, therefore, is "divisive" because he wants to reign in the goose laying golden eggs for the power elite.

1- in 2016, the Left was ready to hand out HRC President and extend the Obama Progressive take over for 16 years. That would include putting Garland on the Supreme Court. Liberal/Leftist dream come true. A Left leaning SC with control of the the WH and Congress in sight.

Trump scuttled all that. Immediately 30% of the country hated him. He crushed their dream that was thought to be a slam dunk.

2- next Dems figured they could drive him out of office by resignation by applying pressure or impeachment. It didn’t work. Instead, he fought back. That’s never happened

3- by being a feisty, vulgar, loud, pushy New Yorker, he alienated the mushy middle of Karen and Ken Swing voters that hate confrontation and conflict and believe NPR is balanced, and therefore bought that Trump is mean. They don’t like mean

Which is ironic when you see how they tend to treat the waitstaff at Dennys/Ihop/Perkins after going to church on Sunday.

Pretty cheap shot but in many cases true.

I once worked for the DOJ in a different roll, and I saw the handwriting on the wall when Obama took over the government. He started installing his minions as fast as he could. The DOJ has always had it's share of problems, just like any organization comprised of people, but it was obvious political appointees above skilled ones were going to be the new norm. I also know a former FBI guy that bailed out for the same reasons not long ago. They are turning government agencies into political police forces like the East German Stasi.
