I’m looking for a nice 7/8oz low pressure load using cheddite hull/primers. I have plenty of the bp sg16 wads, so that would be preferred. Any tested loads that fit the bill? Looking for 1150-1250 fps.

In BP's 8th edition 16 ga manual bottom of page 65 load no.200224-1792 uses cheddite hull,ched209 , green dot 19.4 grs., sg16 wads, 8500 psi @ 1270 fps. Some.people on the fire continually question BP's data, your on your own. You should verify with bp.

Mb I would be one of those that question BPs 16 ga manual. Had the manual, tried several loads, used the exact components as in the manual and the stack height was WAY off. Tossed the manual.

Suggest that you look at recent posts on 16G,com regarding Green Dot and load data.....in fact I advise you to read it.
