What holster(s) are you packing your Ruger MK 1V lite pistols in?
Had a red dot on it, but took it off. Just want something high ride for packing.
Thanks! Virgil B.

Found a DeSantis IWB holster in my "spare holster" box, that will work.
It's pretty old and soft. Sure makes re-holstering difficult.
Need to find something a little stiffer, for better re-holstering.
IWB, or high ride OWB Any advice? Thanks!

Starting to eye a 22/45 lite I decided to look myself. Surprised at few makers offering a holster for this one. Desantis, who I'm liking more all the time shows one trail model. Bianchi has a neat molded nylon for the 5.5" MkII, but nothing shown for the lite. Galco was a blank as well. Although the Yaqui belt slide would work. Either one for a 1911 or a Glock. I have both of those I can try with an older 22/45 if that one interest you.
Tacsol offers a Kydex or plastic in low & high ride. Found those when doing a Google & an Amazon search. Slim pickins.

Tony U Leathergoods makes a very good holster for 22/45 lite for about $35.00. It is all soft leather and very well made. Good shooting

That IBW from Gunfighters looks to be pretty handy. I like classic basket weave stamped leather for my 22 Smith K frame. But it only heads out on decent weather days. For all around the Kydex sure is practical
I used to only shoot shotguns and rimfires, then I made the mistake of getting a subscription to handloader.......

I talked with a local guy who makes custom leather holsters.
Got an appointment with him Wednesday to look at his work.
Might end up having him build a nice leather leather holster for me.
