Hi everyone. Looking to get some input on loading for my 260 rem in a Savage 99 with 20” barrel. I have some 125gr Nosler partitions and 4064 and H4831sc powders on hand. My shots on deer are usually under 100 yrds and wanted to hear some opinions. Thanks.

Nosler has great data at https://www.nosler.com/260-remington
I think you will find the 125 Nosler Partition and the 260 Remington quite deadly on Deer.
I load 140's and use Hunter mostly but if I was using the 125's I would be trying the 4064 load as well.
Happy hunting!

Not sure I'd use 4831 with a 125 , maybe a 150 or 160 , its just a bit slow. I've tried it and been very disappointed. And with a shorter barrel it's likely it won't get a full burn . 4064 on the other hand should work fine . Try to find some varget or tac. Had great results with both of them.
