Thinking about one of these any experience here? Are they worth owning?

Thanks Chris

I have a left hand 7-08. I did their suggested barrel break end it now shoots three quarter inch groups with the 140 Barnes TSX. This is a five shot group. I normally don't do a long break in shoot but I had the ammo and it was fun to shoot anyway. Very smooth action. Some guys bitch about them but I know two other guys that have them and they are happy with theirs.

I shot every one of their platforms a couple of months ago. Out of the box they were accurate and good triggers. A couple had a little creep and a couple were not smooth in feeding - actually they hung up. Overall, I enjoyed the couple hundred rounds I shot in them... I'd like to do the same with all the Tikka's.

Pretty much all rifles are stupid accurate no a days... just depends on how much you want to spend.

I’ve got a mesa in lefty 6.5cm.

I like it. Shoots well.

I like the thin grip on the stock. Others don’t like that.

Sucks they up charge the LH models.

IMO you get a lot of gun for the money.

Action with side bolt release.
Triggertech trigger
Fiberglass stock
Threaded barrel with brake and thread protector.

If you buy one before the 30th of Sept and register it by Oct 7th they have a 350$ rebate. Check their website for more details.

Was contemplating a second on because of the rebate... Agree you get quite a bit for the price. Even with the upcharge...

Thanks for the heads up on the rebate. Been contemplating a 6.5 PRC in something. Was going to go Tikka CTR, but they seem in short supply right now in LH.
