That weren't DEs or PEs and in no particular order:

99A in 300 SAV

99A in 375 WIN

99DL in 250-3000 SAV

99F in 250-3000 SAV

99 RMEF.

grin

Of your choices, I’d guess 99DL in 250?

I would vote (just guessing):

99A in 375 WIN most

99A in 300 SAV

99F in 250-3000 SAV

99DL in 250-3000 SAV least.

Nobody has ever proved to me there is even such a thing as a DL 250.

So that is my vote.

I just threw those 4 out, I'm sure that there are others.

I didn't even know that there was a RMEF 99.

I've only seen 1 each of the 99As in 300 and 375. I have heard of 3 99DLs in 250-3000, but have only seen 1. I have seen a few 99Fs in 250-3000, but none since moving west in 1990.

60 were made, 1998.

The very first catalogued 99C with double diamond checkering is super rare as well, only seen one online. Maybe a 2nd.

The 1974 99’s in 358 maybe, seen half a dozen?

Can’t forget cut checkered 284 99DL’s and 99F’s.

I have 10 99A’s in 375 in my data gathered by googling. Uncommon, but more common than the other 3 you list I think.

I have 23 99-375s and 19 99A 375s in my data, so I think there's a decent chance the two models may not be that much different in total made. Rick, what are your counts?

... and there's the octagon 99Cs; but they weren't cataloged.

700+ octagon 99C’s, so is that rare? Hmm.

My ratio of 375 A’s to Brushguns is similar to yours.

The 99Cs with the leftover 24" octagon barrels in 308 and the 99Fs with 24" barrels in 358 weren't cataloged items, were they?

Of the rifles mentioned, I've only owned 1x 99-375, 1x 99A in 375, 1x 99A in 300, 1x 99DL in 350-3000, and a few of the octagon barrel 99Cs in 308. I had 1 of the octagon 99 Cs rechambered from 308 to 30-284 back when I was going through my 284 based wildcat phase. I don't recall ever seeing a post-1959 99 in 358 with a 24" barrel that wasn't a 99DL, but I've never cared very much for the 358, so I never looked very hard for them unless it was a 99R.

Didn't know there were that many octagon Cs; learn new info almost every day here. So far I have 12 99c octagon noted ranging from C369485 - C400489.

I looked at JB's xls over on the FB site. JB's xls has 2,939 observations. Here's some data on low count Model/Chamberrings from his xls. He does not have any 99E 250-3000, but we did see one 1960 here a couple years ago.
