I don't associate with Liberal Socialist Democrats.
Haven't dressed down any stoopid fuuuking relatives since 2001 leaving Maine after 3 yrs of Recruiting duty.
All of them on the french side of the family....
Whom I basically all hated since grade school anyways.
It was fun for me running into them randomly out and about in my hometown area for those 3 yrs. Not so much for any of them at all.
And I certainly dont have any that I would classify as even a remote friend at all.
Liberal Socialist Democrats whatever the flavor are the same as backstabbing Tories during the revolutionary war.
And need to be dealt with accordingly. I'm from here and predominately of French-Canadian descent. Lots of my relatives are Ds as well. For me, I think a lot of it comes down to two things: poor education and a general belief in government as a beneficial entity. Many, if not the majority, were/are workers with a worker mentality meaning take direction without questioning the source giving the order. The much older ones who are now largely gone were very conservative both fiscally and socially since they were all Catholic. But then the D party of 50+ years ago is not the D party of today and the two may share the letter but not its spirit.
The way life should be.

I beat up these younger socialists with their own "traditional" D values on a regular basis. i.e. I have a cousin in Boston who's son is now a she... Che Guevara, Mussolini, Zelenskyy, Putin, Ghani, Murmu are interesting names we discuss... that love/hate thing with a socialist... is like mixing ammonia and bleach to root out a groundhog... Vietnam War .. Jim Crow Laws .. And they’sa all White .. Those were some Bad Dudes and Running with some Bad Dudes.. Funny I Don’t see any Democrat’s anywhere a least what we knew to be a Democrat..
