Did they use Scotchgard, or something similar, on the seats? That stuff really gets me until it fully dries. Similar symptoms (and very noticeable) to what you described. No clue, how long does it take to dry. It’s been 30 hrs now. My wife once sprayed our living room furniture with it and for a couple days (probably a weekend) it aggravated me. Not as intense but felt similar to the CS / pepper gas we used in the military. Possible then. That’s what I’m dealing with. Eyes on fire.

Seriously now, looks like a nice pickup.
Years ago we bought a used tractor. The previous owner smoked mini cigars and we knew this going into the deal.
Anyway, it stunk so we blasted it with some high powered chit called Ozone something or other. That de-odorizer was worse that the smoke! Took a week of open windows to clear it out.
This spring we bought another used tractor and same deal, the dealer used some sort of de-odor chit and I would get sick running that thing for more than 10 minutes or so.
Air it out and I bet it goes away.

I had one that did that to me some years ago. There was a tiny leak in the refrigerant system that was bleeding into the cab.

Many times the box for cabin air filter just gets checked cause they are sometimes a pain in the butt to get to, and they don't want to spend the 10 minutes it takes. So, they figure if they don't see it, nobody else will.
Or they actually did change it, and used one of those treated filters with the scent crap on it.

Just a thought. Simply amazing how you mind works Ballz... Freud could have spent his entire career on JUST YOU. Get a bear? Invest that $1m wisely yet? I could go on... but this JM's thread.
If you are not actively engaging EVERY enemy you encounter... you are allowing another to fight for you... and that is cowardice... plain and simple.

Might be the heater core also... check levels.

Cats are bad news for me. If we’re going to the house of someone that has a cat, I’ll usually do OK for a while if I take some Actifed beforehand.
Years ago I was helping a bud skin and bone out a deer. When we finished we went inside for an cool adult beverage and after about 15-20 minutes his wife asked me, “what’s wrong with your eyes?” My question for her was, “y’all have a cat?” But I knew the answer..it was a Siamese which seems to affect me the worst.
